Restrict general access to PULP repos

Problem:
Is there possibility to restrict general access to PULP repos? By default everyone can read Pulp content from https://<PULP_URL>/pulp/content using web browser and download rpms form repositories. Could it be restricted?

Pulpcore version:
3.21.3
Pulp plugins installed and their versions:
pulp-rpm: 3.18.9 pulp-file: 1.11.2 pulp-ansible: 0.16.0
Operating system - distribution and version:
RHEL7

Look also for the rbac_content_guard in pulpcore.
