can we installed Pulp3 on Ubuntu 18 or 20 LTS or should I consider Debian system only ?

we set some variables for Ubuntu https://github.com/pulp/pulp_installer/tree/main/roles/pulp_common/vars
but it is not tested on our CI, so it probably is not working.
I recommend using Debian 11 as it is tested in our CI
