Pulp_rpm 3.17.0 is released

Pulp_rpm 3.17.0 has been released. It is compatible with pulpcore 3.16.0+

This release contains a multitude of bugfixes as well as new options for the behavior of syncs.
For more details, please check the changelog .

Python and Ruby bindings are also available.

There is a migration problem during the upgrade to this release. The fix is on the way.
If you’ve already tried to upgrade to 3.17.0, it’s safe to rollback to 3.16.2.
