pulp_maven 0.4.0[0] is the first release that allows users of the Maven Deploy Plugin to publish their projects directly into Pulp[1]. This release provides these APIs without any authentication, but in the future, these APIs will use basic authentication with role based access control. It requires pulpcore 3.23.0.
