Pulp gem plugin with pulp ocp operator

Is there a way to integrate pulp gem plugin if we confgure pulp via ocp operator ?

[root@TEST:~]# pulp gem repository create --name test
Error: The server does not provide the pulp component ‘gem’, which is needed to use this command. See ‘pulp status’ for installed components.

It looks like the gem plugin is not included in the pulp-minimal image. Could you please file an issue here: https://github.com/pulp/pulp-oci-images/issues/new?assignees=&labels=Feature%2C+Triage-Needed&projects=&template=feature_request.md&title=
