Version 1.11.0 of the file plugin has been released. It is compatible with pulpcore from 3.17 to the future 3.24 releases. The package is available immediately on PyPi [1].
Most notable features include RBAC support for repositories, remotes, publications and distributions, as well as RBAC content isolation on the repository level. See the changelog [2] for more details. Also have a look at the documentation [3] if you want to learn more about pulp_file.
