Openshift operatorhub shows latest version as pulp-operator.v1.0.0-alpha.1 in alpha channel where as 1.0.0-alpha.9 is released (Release 1.0.0-alpha.9 · pulp/pulp-operator · GitHub).
How to get latest version in ocp.

The alpha channel is an old channel we kept for users that came from ansible branch of pulp-operator.
For the latest versions, we recommend using the beta channel: OperatorHub.io | The registry for Kubernetes Operators.
