Multi-site Pulp Manager Application Now Part of Pulp Org!

Hello all,
My company (G-Research) has recently open-sourced an in-house application for managing our multi-zone Pulp installation. It is fittingly named “Pulp Manager,” and it now has a new home in the Pulp Github org as of last week! Check it out here:

The app’s main function is to manage repository syncs in a very fine-grained way, so that an internal repo, say, can get frequent updates and less volatile repos can be synced more occasionally. Multi-step syncs can also be arranged. With the recommended primary-secondary arrangement, Pulp Manager can help with supply-chain security by enforcing banned packages.

Pulp Manager has a few idiosyncrasies related to G-Research’s infrastructure. Currently, it only supports LDAP for securing the Pulp Manager API, and it expects Hashicorp Vault (or Openbao) for obtaining Pulp3 managed instance credentials. But we’re continuing to adapt it for broader support.

Contributions are of course most welcome, and let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!
