With the recent change of moving pulp_file to pulpcore as part of one offering, users can no longer open new issues in the pulp_file repository. Old issues were transferred to the pulpcore repository. The pulp_file repository is still prepared to receive relevant backports for older branches.
We are still working on nitpicking some things concerning the development environment. Learn more about the merging at Pulp_file will become part of pulpcore 3.40.0.
