Do we have an option to sync the packages from redhat repo for a speicific date (All pacakges till that date ) ?
No - pulp only knows what’s in the repo “now”. There’s no way to know what was in the repo on a specific past-date. For some content-types, there may be enough in the repository metadata to make a stab at figuring that out - but that assumes the metadata is correct and whatever rules there are, are actually followed. In the wild, this is not always a valid assumption.
