Due to this bug https://github.com/readthedocs/sphinx_rtd_theme/issues/1434 the search in pulp docs is broken https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/issues/3569.
Please pin sphinx-rtd-theme in your repo accordingly.

Please add comments in the doc_requirements.txt why we do it. We will blindy accept any version bump proposed by dependabot otherwise.
