I was just looking for where we provide our tagline and logos. I found it here: Brand guide - Pulp
Should we move them to here or another location for ease of finding them (as well as future updating)?
They prob want to be somewhere in the pulp-org in github, would be my US$0.02.
Reviving this topic since it looks like there may be some docs site location. Another options would be to add some text to make this easily findable and then point to a github repo like the foreman folks have here. With changes to who is ordering swag over the years, this is very handy to have this all on github or otherwise transparently available/searchable since I think all the Pulp swag/sticker orders are historically in emails.
Can someone suggest a location? I’d like to make sure our hex sticker image is available easily.
Creating a new repository sounds a fine plan (pulp-graphics ?).
It could live in some existing repository like the docs one, but having its own repository is probably better for discoverability in the long run.
pulp-graphics sounds like a fine plan. @Robin_Chan - thoughts on what license we want it released under?
(tangent - pulp-docs doesn’t include a LICENSE file and probably should)
I would assume we can use the same license as foreman, however the OSPO folks can also give guidance as well.
And yes, we should ensure we add license for any repos that lack them. Much easier to do ASAP in case contributors need to be notified.
What would be a reason not to put it in the pulp-docs repository?
Nothing major. foreman-graphics contains a number of things that aren’t “the docs” (slide templates, for example). And these graphics can be/are used in places other than the docs. There isn’t really a strong reason either way, I don’t think.
But there is a strong need to Do Something with them
